Hertz Car Rental - Holly Hill - North Nova Road

One of the best rentals ever! Location called that morning to confirm my vehicle needs and supplied a better vehicle at same price. Vehicle was prepped and ready when I got there. It was so nice to be able to speak directly with the actual location, both women were super nice and effective. Easy return. So much better than my last hertz rental at a different location.

Two draw backs small inconveniences 1) the no drop box at this location (holly hill, Daytona) to drop keys offs 2) the site let me schedule my return on apparently those days they are closed when I reached location (Saturday, Sunday) almost missed my flight but luckily it opened and while she was servicing someone I snuck in only to drop keys offs But overall those ladies were quick and nice had everything ready to go and when I needed to trade the rental because it had a check engine light they processed it quickly and got me another ride. The K4 was actually a smooth ride with some style.

Rroyd, Tiffany, and the team are so friendly! When I made a reservation for a Pick up truck I received a nice - almost new (Just 1,003 miles) Ram 2500. It’s more than what I expected and in return, I did a carwash and vacuum for the nice service that they gave me. No complaints about the truck, have all the room, power and everything that I need (and then some). It's so nice that I ended up browsing for a truck! Lol -Mark from the gas station.

Wonderful service and reliable. Had a vehicle ready on our arrival, Only had 14,000 miles on it and still smelled like new. It’s nice to know after booking on line months for a rental, the car was ready. We definitely will go through Hertz again.

I enjoyed coming to this location!! The manager Omar was nothing short of amazing and even upgraded us to a nicer car. He made the process as smooth as possible. Thank you Omar, I will definitely recommend this location and you to anyone looking for excellent service.
