Not sure what the point of a reservation is if they don’t honor them anyway. This location left me stranded on vacation with a 6 month old on foot!
I rented a vehicle at this location and went to pick it up I had rented an SUV when I got there I met Shahid and he told me he had no SUV's available and could only put me in a sedan. I told him that will not work and I was not happy as I needed this for taking my son back to college. Shahid understood my situation and upgraded me at no additional charge to a vehicle that was perfect for my situation I really appreciated the great customer service from Shahid.
What can I say the car was good and the young lady was sweet and when I returned my vehicle the gentleman was polite and so courteous this is my go to spot from now on
Didn’t have any cars available and they never told me ahead of time.
