Hertz Car Rental - Indio - Hwy 111

Great experience from the pick up to the drop off. The employees were efficient and professional. They were highly organized and I believe I only spent a combined 10 or 15 minutes in the process of picking up the care and returning it. Will no doubt use them in the future.

I've been an avid Avis client but latelytheir cars have been substandard. So I tried Hertz and this particular location was exceptional. The cars were newer and very clean. And, the person at the desk, Craig, was very helpful and accommodating. He was very busy but he took the time to help everyone. I highly recommend this place!

No problems picking up or dropping off the vehicle. They had the size SUV i reserved. The cost was reasonable.

This is hands down the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. The team here at Indio Hertz is one of the most understanding and efficient team that I’ve ever worked with. I’m new to the area and had to book a long term rental for 3 weeks due to a car emergency. But i ended up needing to extend my booking to 6+ weeks as my car troubles got extended. They helped me every step, gave me a great rate, and went out of their way to help me find the best arrangement for my situation. Enrique (the manager) goes above and beyond. The pick up and drop off experience was seamless. They’re super responsive and helpful over both phone and email. The only thing good about this location is that it was close to my house. I have rented from here 3 times but won't anymore. The staff here are mediocre at best. They don't look to make your rental experience enjoyable. The first time I rented, there was a couple ahead of me that had reserved a small car. The staff told them they don't have that size of a car but they could pay double to get a bigger size. (They believe a Chevy Malibu is an upgrade). I have never seen a car rental agency that doesn't just upgrade when they don't have that car. On my third time renting, I showed up for my 9 am rental only to be told they didn't have any cars and were working on it. I asked why they didn't call me and I was told "we were getting to it". They had been open for an hour and there were 2 staff.
