Hertz Car Rental - Inwood - Burnside Collision Hle

This location has improved tremendously. They now have more cars available and the staff is a real pleasure! Harry greeted me with a warm smile and was eager to help. He thanked me for my Presidents Circle loyalty and had me in an awesome car within minutes. Thank you Harry & Hertz Inwood, I’ll be returning real soon :)

I’d give zero stars if I could. The hours are incorrect, they are supposed to be open until 5 pm and I arrived at 3:45 pm and the employee was about to lock up the door. When I arrived they only had one car left, and EV with no charging cable (and not the car I originally reserved). I ended up taking it because I had no other choice but had to drive to upstate NY with no way of charging my car. I dropped the car off a few days later while the location was closed. The lock box was very confusing (it’s not on the Hertz building but on the car garage). It’s been ten days since I returned the car and I still have no receipt. What’s more they’ve been charging my credit card the last TEN DAYS saying I’M late on the car rental. Worst experience with Hertz and it’s still not over. This place isn’

I picked up a car rental from here on Thursday, and went to return it the next Monday morning, and there was a sign on the door that they are permanently closed and I need to drop it off in lynbrook. Would have been nice if you gave me a heads-up, so that I don't waste my whole morning

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BOOK HERE OR WITH HERTZ AT ALL! They allowed a reservation to be placed for a time that they close. USUALLY companies that are actually good like NATIONAL CAR RENTAL they would catch their error and give you a call or an email at least. NOT HERTZ! They not only didn’t contact me despite seeing my reservation, their customer service was a long, arduous, and pointless waste of my time! The rep was nasty and offered no help at all, would not get me a supervisor and decided to put me into a call que that took almost another hour. I ended up booking with National, you in should just do the same

Andrew and Ryan will take care of you here. If you need a little sedan or a luxury large SUV they will come through for you. Excellent customer service. The always go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy. I highly recommend them for all your auto rental needs.
