Absolutely ZERO STARS! This is the second week in a row I have rented at this location. The first week I waited two hours for a car WITH a reservation. The second week I waited two hours WITH a reservation again. I travel every week for business and have been to several Hertz rental locations. This is by far the worst. There have been ten to fifteen people waiting for cars both weeks, all had reservations. All other car rental companies have cars for their customers. Go to one of the others for a rental at this airport.
They sure live up to their reputation of low stars. Absolutely one of the worst customer services I have seen from Hertz, and that is a low bar. If you truly need to book a car here, I wish you good luck.
Waited over two hours when the attendant told us 15 minutes. Still no car and the attendants left around 8:45pm and never came back. Hertz has a huge problem here here at Jackson Ms airport.
Called five times to try to talk to somebody at 8:00 pm on 6/17/25 each time they answer the phone but refused to talk and then hung up you lost business
