Hertz Car Rental - Lovell Field Airport

Anita was a breath of Fresh air. Our flight was diverted and we landed in Chattanooga at 6am. There was a line at her station when she arrived at work but she greeted each of us and was delicate with every person that she serviced ensuring we got where we needed to go! Customer Service at its finest

I had an great experience renting my car with Anita. She helped me get the best deal possible and was so friendly and personable in the process. Highly recommend renting a car through this Hertz to have the chance of meeting the lovely Anita.

I lost my trucking job and took an Uber to rent a car at Budget. Unfortunately, I didn't read the fine print when signing up online: no debit cards accepted unless you arrived by plane as a Budget Supreme Golden Diamond member, or whatever their top tier is called. All I had was my debit card—no credit card. Anita at Hertz noticed how defeated I looked and called me over. Ten minutes later, I was driving off in a 2026 Ram. Thank u Anita!!!

If it was possible to give this location less than 1, I sure would. This location is not only incompetent, but borderline criminal. Read the reviews.....so many people overcharged or charged for services they didn't want. I rented my car in Nashville to be returned to Chattanooga the same day....5 hours later. The amount quoted was $69.91. When i checked in the car at the airport, there was no one there to check in the car, except for a woman that was busy vacuuming another car. She told me to just leave the car key in the booth in the garage, which I did. When i asked her where i could get my receipt, she said it would be emailed to me. Three days later I get a receipt for $243.05 , and the vehicle had been re-rented to someone else who had it for two more days, took it to Atlanta , and d

These people are absolute crooks. Do not rent a car from Hertz, at least not this location. I reserved a car almost two months ahead, one way from Chattanooga to Asheville. Price was about $149 including "cover the car" collision insurance. They insisted for some reason that I was also required to buy liability if I bought collision. Then they also insisted on charging a $95 one way fee. Tried to explain my original reservation already includes the one way fee, but they insisted. So, $149 became $259 for a rental that lasted 5 hours. Thankfully, the Hertz people at Asheville laughed and removed the $95 fee. But still, I'll never rent from Hertz Chattanooga again. On the plus side, the car was reasonably clean and in good shape.
