Hertz Car Rental - Marlborough - Maple Street

It has been a pleasure renting from the Marlboro location. Sandra the manager there has been extremely helpful and pleasant every time. I rent frequently (usually once a month). Sandra is always accommodating and very helpful. She will work with you anyway she can to make your experience great. The cars are clean, nice options for small location. simple,easy and efficient. I have rented at other locations in the surrounding area and further out. This one being by far the best I have dealt with. I come from 1 hour away just to do business here. Highly recommend if in need of a rental vehicle.

I’ve rented a lot of cars in my time. I’ve been to a lot of rental car offices in my time. This one has had THE BEST customer service experience of all. Sandra, the manager was sweet, professional and just all around fantastic. Her staff emulates this. This one proves why I am loyal to Hertz. Period. Update: Returned car, but beyond insurance allowable time period cus car wasn’t ready in time. Then got a bill for $600+ for 4 extra days from Hertz!! They stated they needed to discuss and would get back to me….a week later still no call. Called today: first time was put on hold and remained on hold for 15 minutes without response. Immediately hung up and called back, was told that they’d be with me “in just a minute…let me just finish with this customer”…..then hear them finish with custome

I had an excellent experience at Hertz thanks to Sandra Backstrom. From the moment I arrived, she was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. She made the entire rental process quick and stress-free, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got exactly what I needed.

Worst experience I've ever had with a rental car company. My insurance booked a rental through them Monday evening, so I called when they opened at 8am on Tuesday. I spoke with Sandra, she told me she would have a midsize SUV for me at 10am. I arrived at 10:05am, the door was locked with a sign on it that said they were out of office assisting a customer and would be gone no longer than 30 minutes and left their number for immediate assistance. I called 5 times and no one answered. I waited until 10:50am, when Sandra finally came back to the office. She let me inside and took another call, so I had to wait another 10 minutes for her to get off the phone. Then she proceeded to tell me she had no appointment at 10am, I pulled up my confirmation number, but she said she would just look up my

Sandra was responsive and thoughtful. Overall, she was the picture of customer service. I needed a one day rental and had selected the managers special for a 300 mile round trip from Marlboro to Eastham and back to take my 93 year old mom to the doctor. She took care to reserve a gas powered vehicle instead of the range-limited EV likely to be what the system would otherwise have held for me. Her help was hugely appreciated!!
