Hertz Car Rental - Martinsburg - North Queen Street

Cary from Martinsburg, West Virginia Hertz rental was amazing. He clearly explained the Hertz car rental procedures. He was so patient & kind. He definitely made me a Hertz return customer. I really can't say enough good about my experience with Hertz and Cary from Martinsburg, WV. He even went out of his way to take me back to the train station after my deadbeat ex-boyfriend was a no show. The rental fee wad reasonable, vehicle was great. I will definately rent again from Hertz & Cary from Martinsburg, WV. Thank you Cary for making my Hertz car rental a outstanding and wonderful experience.

I have rented a ton of cars from every company--Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, etc. This place is hands down better than any in the area. The manager is friendly and helpful. What I love about them is their unique fleet of vehicles. I'm currently renting a VW Atlas from them, which is way, way better than an Equinox which is the typical vehicle for that class of SUV. I've also had a Subaru Legacy from them. Nice, different vehicles and typical better prices with Hertz gold membership than nearby Enterprise or Avis in Hagerstown.

Up until today I have had great experiences with Hertz rental. The gentleman there are nice and get you setup with what you need in a timely manner. However, due to lack of communication on their part they have over charged me for my rental and said they can't get back into the system to fix it. This was not the agreed upon price and very poor customer service that I have to suffer due to their error.

I picked up my first rental ever from Hertz Martinsburg location. Everything was very smooth and easy, the person was professional and courteous. I highly recommend them when you need a vehicle!
