Hertz Car Rental - Miami - 36th Street Hle

Hurtz is what this location should be called ! Have rented on two occasions Tesla’s , both times they have come with additional passengers…. Roaches …. Yes you read right “ ROACHES” Beside the fact that you’re paying a fortune to drive! I’m not the only case while I was waiting to swap the first car another customer came in claiming that the car was also infested with the roaches. Save yourself money and go somewhere else and don’t say I did not warn you! And if you do decide to rent and try it out, I warn you keep one of these handy you’re gonna need it! As you can see, all we get is an automated message saying that Hertz is sorry and to follow a link that does not work! Nobody answers phones , nobody is responsible

Worst experience renting through uber with this hertz location. The guy working at the front does not explain anything to you and if there are extra charges that happen to show up they won't let you know beforehand. The who payment was messed up you will be charged twice in a week which you get back one payment but they don't explain that to you at all and when it comes to ending the contract and returning the vehicle they will not inform you of all the charges you will be paying will be a total sum. I was told i had to pay only $137 on the final day come to find out i wnd up paying $600 for the total of that week which should've been charged already the week prior. The whole payments are messy and explanation of how it works is very minimal and you will be left with more questions and deb

Very poor customer service. Been said to get any cars on the Gold section, 30min wait to exit, then said that our car was assigned to someone else, and to redo the whole tour... 1hr later we were out. No apology, no smile.

It took 3 times going here to secure my rental. I got it today and now Uber is telling me that Hertz failed to approve the registration documents. So I'm stuck with a car I paid a HIGH price to rent and cannot use it. No one answers the phone at this location. Hertz is violating our contract / TNC Waiver by failing to perform due diligence.

I made the reservation for a premium class and they give me a nice brand new Cadillac that had only few miles and it felt amazing.
