Hertz Car Rental - Middle Village - Metropolitan Avenue

I was traveling alone with a small infant and this was absolutely the easiest part of my trip! The two reps I worked with were incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly- I was in and out in minutes. I highly recommend renting from this location if you need a car.

First time trying hertz, reserved a car 3 weeks prior to the actual pick up date so i don't get stranded, got to the place, they did not honor my reservation, got stranded. last time trying hertz or recommending it anyone. worst experience ever.

THIS IS CLOSED!! but not updated somehow on the booking website, so you can still book cars. I arrived and was left without a car and had to arrange other transportation. Unbelievable that that is possible for a company as big as Hertz

I am so impressed and happy with the service at Middle Village Hertz. I picked up and dropped off my car on a Saturday morning and had the same representative. She was warm, professional and attentive. She answered my questions and offered support. So knowledgeable! I tried to find a way to leave positive feedback about her on Hertz corporate and tried to call to get her name but no luck. If the manager is reading this I hope you can share this with her-hire more talented people like her! Promote her and give her the accolades she deserves! (and if she is the manager, which I don't think so because most managers don't work on Saturdays. But if you are, you are amazing!)
