I called to ask a question, and Frankie was extremely kind, patient, and helpful. She gave me her full time and made sure everything was clear. When she noticed that the website made it seem like I could rent the car even with my age, she followed up to let me know ahead of time that it wouldn’t be possible. I really appreciated her reaching out before I showed up. She also did her best to help me find an alternative. Excellent service.

I will be returning when I need a rental, definitely makes my life easier due to the location. There's also a gas station next to the location, very convenient! Highly recommend to visit, it's worth the trip.
