Hertz Car Rental - Moreno Valley - Sunnymead Boulevard

These people are such a scam. We got a rental for only 2 days and when we got the car it already had a scratch but they didn’t believe us and we got charged i think this is highly unprofessional if you’re going to have people rent cars maybe it should be ones that are in good condition no scratches so no one else gets blamed for “damage” that was already there. Anyways I would not recommend this place.

Professional, helpful, friendly and most importantly, HONEST! I returned a car yesterday after a week long rental and all was well, GREAT EXPERIENCE! The same evening, I realized that I had left my Tablet in the car but they were already closed. I called this morning and by the time I drove over there, they had my tablet up front, waiting for me! These days, it can be trying to find honest people and honest businesses. They passed with flying colors! I'm now a client for life! 👍🏼

Let me start by saying, this review is not about the Moreno Valley location but Hertz customer service. This location is where we attempted to rent the vehicle. I have been trying for 3 days to call Hertz Billing about a charge on my credit card that should not have happened. Even the counter confirmed it was an error they just couldn’t resolve on their end. Every time I call, I wait for over an hour until I have to hang up because I can’t be on hold any longer. I don’t know why I ever attempted to switch from Enterprise to Hertz but I will not make that mistake again. I hope none of you ever have an issue because it seems they only care about making new reservations (which I tried calling and they answered in less than 5 minutes) but still need to transfer me to billing. Location is very convenient fast expedited service in and out no delays but new manager is not very customer service oriented. Did not want look into my rental inquiry my original rate given on line was different when I picked up the vehicle manager said that was what I reserved did not attempt to look into it. Unfortunately I needed to meet my deadline i had to take this vehicle hoping it would be change at the time of return. Manager was not helpful he just wanted me to complete my transaction and leave. Manager at this location is not very customer service oriented. I highly recommend some changes at this location.
