Hertz Car Rental - Nashville - Nashville Marriot

Hertz - we leave you stranded; and we don't care. That would be how to sum up our experience. We made a booking in April for our trip in December, to pick up a vehicle in Charlotte Ave (open Sat 8am - 12pm). However, a day prior to pick up, we went to check the opening hours and to our amazement it was closed! No one had bothered to inform us! We called Hertz who confirmed the pick up location was closed. They then cancelled our reservation to book for pickup at Hilton Downtown, confirming it would be open Saturday 10am - 2pm. We later called back to reconfirm as we could not find the address for the Hilton Hertz downtown on Google, and the Hertz representative re-confirmed it would be open Saturday 10-2pm.
