Hertz Car Rental - Niagara Falls

I really loved this rent-a-car their service was top of the line, the guy here was awesome, he really know how to take care of people and family. Very kind person, and quick service, honestly it's a hot location, cars go fast, not their fault, they have very high demands of tourists going to the airport. The car was extremely clean inside, of course while snowing not even with a portable car wash on top of the roof of the car lol. I wanna say I had an amazing experience with them, I highly recommend you to get the full coverage insurance with them, especially on snow seasons, so you have 0 responsibility. I delivered the car at the airport and everything super well. I love the guy at this place he was the best.

This Hertz location sets the gold standard for client service that makes each client feel special, a functional portfolio of well maintained and clean vehicles and responsiveness. I hope Mike is able to get a more competitive location, however, even in his current location which is next to competitors, his charm just makes the experience really good. I arrive from us, from a flight, cross border 5 minutes late, not 2 hours, not one day. And the guy walk through me and told me. First you are late, second I do not have cars for you. I left you a mail voice… which I didn’t receive. What kind of service blame me for 5 minutes late… but don’t have my car. This place is going to extinct in few months…Don’t go there, enterprise has a location much bigger two blocks away, and much better staff. And they have cars :)
