Hertz Car Rental - Norman - North Interstate Drive

Not sure how this location continues to exist. This location in Norman gives a bad reputation to a good Hertz company. I've been here 4 times, 3 of the times nobody is in the waiting entry area and I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to show up with whom to speak. They added charges to my credit card of additional $400 after I returned a 2 day rental which on my receipt showed it should be $99.63. They charged me a total charge of $520. I went in to speak to them about it and they said it would be refunded within 7-28 days and If not I could check back with them. I waited over a month and no refund. I stopped in again to find out about the delay or no action on the refund. Hudson an employee just lied about doing the refund. They stated that they could not do anything, but I had to contact

Unless you have money to blow, don’t rent from here because they WILL screw you over. My sister now has to fork over almost $3,500 for a rental that was returned the same day. No damage, no dog hair, no nothing. No, this is because the employee that the car was returned to forgot to log it or something— I’m still not sure how that happened considering customer service won’t explain. The car was booked for one day. ONE DAY. And yet, it was supposedly missing for 24 days (in Hertz’s own parking lot). Not only does the car have GPS, but the parking lot has cameras— however, the company very conveniently can’t check those because the footage was deleted. If one of your cars was missing for that long, why didn’t you report it to the police?? Why didn’t you notify my SISTER THAT IT WAS MISSING

1-Star Review Absolutely unacceptable experience with Hertz. The service was horrendous from start to finish. On top of that, they attempted to charge for rental days that were never rendered and were not approved by insurance. That is completely out of line. When you’re already dealing with a vehicle issue and relying on a rental, the last thing you need is billing games and poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this rental facility. ⸻

ZERO STARS This place is horrific. Sandra is a very rude person. She looks tacky and ratchet with her blue green hair. Spent over 1000.00 and you can't even get proper customer service. Also reported them to the FCC and AG. This needs to be taken seriously it's people like this that ruin a company's reputation. The other two guys that work here have the same miserable vibe and it's pathetic. TRULY

If I could give zero stars I would. I have rented a lot of cars and this experience was far and away the worst one I've ever had in my life. The vehicle class I reserved was not available which is somewhat understandable. The vehicle offered to me was an EV (2024 Kia Niro) and staff advised it had a range of 300 miles, in reality it had a range of 79 miles IF i went 60mph with the heat and air off. This caused delays in my trip and additional days in the rental at an additional cost to me - not to mention the $118 i spent on charging this vehicle one way. My deposit was $500 instead of $200 because hertz does not accept credit cards without a physical location nearby and the location has, for reasons that have not been explained to me and are not on my receipt, not returned my full depos
