Hertz Car Rental - O'fallon - Technology Drive

Toni (spelling) and crew are amazing. Easy pick up and drop off. Adjustments to the rental are no problem with these guys. Makes traveling a breeze. We went rent from anywhere but hertz!

I was on my way to return a rental car and leaving the high way, I discovered a crack in the windshield and I was devastated I was going to get charged. The company’s as so understanding of the incident and discovered that it was a small crack in the windshield prior renting. I was so relieved that it wasn’t my fault and they were honest about it. I will be a returning customer.

Car rental is good but location is just okay. One person does everything and locks door to clean cars. Has to wait outside for ride. Hertz has to do more to help this under staffed location.

Did not honor their own website’s price. Ruined a family’s vacation. When I pull up with a set price on a reservation I expect that to be honored from a professional company. My recommendation use enterprise. I hope you are sued for your false advertising and go out of business. The manager did nothing and now my family is screwed!

Update- Dropping it off in O’Fallon…Rude! Customer service is non existent!.. I’d give 1 star because they were open. Horrible customer service! Did not care at all the we had a malfunctioning vehicle that made our 9hr trip home dangerous and annoying! The passenger side mirror alerted almost all the way home that another car was beside my car…. Beeping and blinking bright orange lights on a very dark night. In order to avoid the light, the passenger had to keep their hand on the side window to cut out some of the blinking lights. I was the only car on the road within my view. The dash board kept showing…. Malfunction with lane assist.. I called in the morning to let them know of the issues before I got there and also wanted to know if I could drop off the car at 2pm since I had picked
