Hertz Car Rental - Richlands Nc - Albert Ellis Ap Rd - Albert Ellis Airport

I just rented a car Thursday 22nd of jan. I like to do my ratings off pickup because that's where I have most of my interaction with that person. I can rent from any rental place in oaj. I only rent from hertz because of my favorite person Tim Bailey. He's always happy, smiling and very helpful. He always go out his way to make sure im satisfied. I have been renting from hertz for years. I would like to say Thank you for being the best i appreciate all that you do.You deserve 5 stars and more. If you rent from oaj rent from hertz with Tim Bailey he's the best!!

I arrived in NC only to need to promptly return to FL. Other rental car companies listed one way rentals and even accepted payment, only to cancel me when I arrived in person. I was desperate and Hertz came to my rescue! A large SUV, able to accommodate my disabled mother, myself, and our luggage was an upgrade and far more than I had hoped for after the other three rental car companies failed. Thanks, Hertz!!!!!

Flew into Jacksonville and found out that I had made a mistake when I reserved a car online. No problem. Kaylee saved the day! She found and cleaned a car. My wife and I are very grateful for her efforts. Kaylee the best.

We didn't end up renting from Hertz. We needed to drive to Iowa, but the Mississippi is the point of no return. So why isn't my review a 1-Star? Because Jennifer is the embodiment of customer service. Informative. Helpful. And never once made us feel like we were wasting her time. Superb. Truly superlative customer service skill set.

We planned our trip months before and paid everything, when we got there for pick up they said we can’t leave the state with their car. They ruined our thanksgiving. WHY they didn’t have anything explaining this when we rented??????????????NEVER AGAIN this was terrible experience
