Hertz Car Rental - Rowland Heights - Colima Road

I had a great experience renting here through Hertz. People need to excersize their patience, it is a lost virtue these days. Migel & Mevwerosuo were extremely helpful & took great care of me. Give them a chance & I can guarantee that you will be a happy customer.

Great service. Friendly people. Reminders: person w/ credit card must be there to pay. Can only pay with cc. Be sure to get the total, including deposit, car ins and additional drivers before paying. Deposit will be returned on last day. Take photo of gas tank.

If you want to know why Hertz had to file for bankruptcy in the past, go here. People here strictly follow pointless process guidelines, whether they make sense or not, even when they are not in the company’s financial interest. The employees lack any foresight, and everyone just does the bare minimum according to the rules.

I was impressed by the customer service and straightforwardness of the hertz at this location. Jason took his time to explain to me the details of renting a car and answered all of my questions about other rentals.
