Hertz Car Rental - San Angelo Tx Airport

I booked my appointments 4 days in advance. My plane landed early at 10:15 p.m. Hertz closes at 11:30 p.m. as I got to the hertz station, I discovered that the lazy employees decided to close up shop a hour early and abandon their customers. As I stood there beating on the door trying to get help. The poor janitor who was nearby. Cleaning rushed over confused. he came up and attempted to call the manager but behold the manager changed his number. He said they do this all the time. I call customer service for help who referred me to Abilene Texas which is 2 hours away. I guess I was supposed to teleport there because I had no damn vehicle. I attempted to call several times the next day to no avail because once again the lazy employees refused to answer the phone. Unbelievable service

I scheduled my rental at least a few days in advance for the Hertz at San Angelo Airport and when I got to the airport at 10:30pm ( they close at 11:30) there was no one there to help me. I call the call center the lady told me there were no cars available. The call center woman was extremely rude and distasteful. Not to mention they did nothing to accommodate the problem... all they did was cancel my reservation.

I drove down from Wisconsin and my vehicle broke down near San Angelo. Every rental car place was sold out due to the flooding that had recently occurred. Hertz had a vehicle left. Ariel was professional, polite and treated me like an old friend. I was stranded and he went out of his way to take care of me. I tried to tip him and he refused and said a tip was not necessary and he just likes to help people. We need more people like Ariel in this world. God bless you Ariel. A day after I rented their vehicle, the air conditioning system started having issues. I called their office number but was only able to leave a voicemail. I stated the issue and requested a call back, I never received a call back from them. I called the next day and this time was able to speak to a representative (TJ). He told me that they could exchange the vehicle because their system was down and wasn't able to give me an estimate as to when their system would be back up. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was only given an email for (Kam Paige). He said for me to call back the following day to see if their system was working. Well, this morning the vehicle didn't want to start. I had to order an Uber to get to my meeting. Of course I called the office number and now the call doesn't

I wish I could have spoken to the manager before leaving this review. Unfortunately, I have so much trouble getting a hold of anyone at this location. I reserved a car online. I tried calling multiple times on different days before the reservation because I had a question. The phone was never answered. I finally had to call corporate number for my question. Then, after I was given keys to the car, I realized the lights were on saying the tire pressure was low on one of the tires. So I had to go back inside and was given a different car. This second car looked like it was not even cleaned. Cup holders were dirty and sticky, gas was not full, etc. Then my flight ended up getting canceled to go home, so I wanted to see if I could pay extra to keep my car and drive it back home and return to
