I had an extremely disappointing experience with this rental car company due to their unprofessional customer service. From the start, the staff (Roa) and the manager showed little interest in helping and seemed more focused on rushing through the process than answering questions or providing clear information. When I raised concerns about the condition of the vehicle, my questions were brushed off and met with dismissive or even rude responses. We were told not to take photos of the vehicle until she (the manager) was done. Who does that? Communication was poor throughout, with inconsistent information given about fees, insurance, and return policies. They’re getting a 1 star review because there is no option for zero stars. I have been a lifelong Hertz customer, but after dealing with these amateur, rude and ignorant bunch I would rather not use them at all. It all started when I told one of the ladies that I was there for an Uber rental, as soon as I said that she said they don’t have a car!! Uber sent me a notification that my rental was approved and ready for pickup. After that a rude, obnoxious and highly discriminating white guy stepped in saying that he was the branch manager. He said that he has no say over the Uber cars as they don’t have any control over their inventory. I understand this point but what Hertz needs to realize is 1) The Uber drivers are paying for the service, Hertz is not giving them a free car. 2) If there i

Yesterday, I went to this office, and even though they were still working inside, they did not help me at all. They told me that they didn’t even have the cars I had reserved. I don’t understand why they allow reservations for cars they don’t actually have. The service and quality are absolutely zero.

Rouaa is the best. She is the best car rental representative I have ever met. If you go there, make sure you ask for Rouaa. She's extremely nice, and will really take very good care of you if you happen to choose this location. Regarding Hertz Rental in general, following are a few things you might want to keep in mind. 1. They do not accept cash. 2. If you have a credit card that works in the US, you will most likely not have any issue with renting a car at any of the Hertz locations. 3. If you have a debit card, you need to book the rental 24 hours in advance. So you cannot book the rental now, and go get the car right away if you are using a debit card. 4. You cannot split the final bill into two different cards. All of it will need to come out of one card. So if there is a card limit

I encountered the “Mean Girls Duo: The Clueless Edition” at the Hertz office today. Judging from the other reviews, these two might actually be the most famous employees at the branch — though not for reasons any company would brag about. One of them insists she can never “hear you well,” despite wearing a headset in one ear — a headset that apparently works only for her benefit, not the customer’s. You make an appointment, show up on time expecting a reserved car, and the answer you get is: “We don’t have it, come back tomorrow.” Strangely, the person right in front of us — who had no reservation at all — magically got a car on the spot.
