I was rental the car from them .i have a credit card on there file .They charge me 4 days extra money .when I was there why do you charge from my account they can’t give me proper answer . The American African lady she is the mastermind .the service is worse than ever .Hertz is the one of the the junk rental company even.don’t get car from them .Be careful about your Credit card information . By the way its Silver Spring downtown location

⭐ If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived at Hertz, everything went wrong. When I went to pick up my rental, there was a long line and not enough staff — multiple customers were waiting far too long just to be helped. After finally getting my car, another customer came outside saying the vehicle I was given was actually supposed to be theirs. Since I already had my paperwork, I decided to leave and not engage further. Within 12 hours of driving the car, multiple warning alerts went off — including low tire pressure — and I had to stop and put air in the tires myself. Clearly, the vehicle hadn’t been properly checked or maintained before being rented out. When I picked it up, the employee told me I could return the car

*How do I get in contact with a person to resolve this issue? The web address posted to my review keeps kicking me back to the same page. 7/12/25@1435hrs. Original Post: Reservation = Not honored Customer service = I had to call customer care from the lobby with no resolution. "Poor" Sent to "Union Station D.C." for a car.= no cars available for 3hrs. Time wasted = 4 hrs of my day and counting. *My reservation was for a Tesla Model 3. I was offered another type of vehicle. I declined, my reservation was specific for a reason. I even paid for parking at Union Station $11. That office is terrible.

I really like Hertz but this location always charges me for fuel when I return the vehicles with 100% even if I took it out less than. Additionally, the vehicles often have some issue: tire pressure, cigarette smell, gas gauge not working properly, etc. This last time was the worse as even Hertz customer service could not find the charge although it emailed me the charge! I had to send pictures of me fueling the tank, which thank God that I had. The customer service at this location is really good, especially the lady Rickette (something with an R, apologies to her that I forgot her unique name). When I returned my vehicle this last time, she seemed to be the only one working and had at least 8 customers! She handled it very well although the location was set to close in less than 10 minut

I am a Gold Member I rented a vehicle for 24 hours. My rental agreement was for $98 tax and all fees included. I brought the vehicle back within the amount of time that was supposed to be returned in. Vehicle was full of fuel no extra charges no tolls. I was charged $28 more for an upgrade twice in the same 24-hour. Now trying to straighten it out getting the runaround. This was booked through my platinum card app with American Express
