Hertz Car Rental - South Windham - Windham Road

The staff at the South Windham location really helped me out after I was turned away from a different rental car/truck business, after I had made an online reservation a week in advance. I called this located and spoke to Penn, she said she would look into finding the truck I needed. She called back within an hour and said another Hertz location could transfer the vehicle to the South Windham Hertz by 2p.m. that day, if I was still interested. She explained the fees and coverage options. Both Penn and Jamalynn were extremely helpful and professional at pickup and drop off. I am very appreciative!

There is definitely deception. You cannot get the vehicle you reserved online and the fuel tank was not full but they want me to fill it up and return it. I made a 236$ online reservation but they deducted 445$ from my card at the office. It was my first experience and I will never use it again.

The rental process was easy and straightforward. The vehicle met our needs and performed well throughout our use. The only downside was that the interior had a noticeable smoker’s smell, which was a bit unpleasant. However, overall, it was a smooth experience, and the rental cost was reasonable.

I made a reservation online and couldn't drive a car off the lot because I didn't have my physical credit card on me. Fine, cool, whatever, totally my fault (altho it's 2025. Tap to pay?) Tell me why a month later I'm fighting with my credit card company because I got charged a NO SHOW FEE. A no show fee even though I showed up trying to pick up the car is WILD.

Hertz rental car, from Uber, was the best. They have friendly helpful staff & price was good ... Even though I had a few cards which was mostly debit, Good thing I have, had, a card that had been accepted for credit & went through smoothly ... It made Me enjoyed My wknd & conveniently
