Hertz Car Rental - Telluride - Telluride Regional Airport (TEX)

The Hertz agent at the Telluride regional airport, Cadiss, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made sure we received a vehicle that would work for us. Honestly it was the best experience we have had at any Hertz location.

Candace went above and beyond to make sure we had our rental to get back to Montrose. They probably had the craziest week ever with rentals and she really pulled through for us.

Bad customer service. Not solution oriented. My hertz rental had a flat tire. I called the hertz roadside assistance hoping to get a new tire or a change in vehicles. Roadside assistance let me know that the hertz in telluride had a car available and I was all set to exchange cars. When I arrived, the lady at the desk was on her phone and continued her conversation for 3 minutes until asking me what I needed. I let her know my story and she responded that she didn't have anything from hertz and couldn't do anything for me, even though I had a case number and reservation number. She then stopped our convo helped another couple out for 10 minutes and then came back to me. Candice is amazing! We fly into Telluride frequently and she has always gone above and beyond! Most recently she stayed after hours so that we could pick the car up from her. Best customer service in the world!

Don’t go if your black the lady refuse to let me get my car . I was supposed to skip the line and go to the vehicle like I was told by the app. She lied said my card was unacceptable even though her company spread accepted it . Told me it’s was against policy which is a lie. She was rude and disrespectful i wouldn’t let my worst enemy shop with them . So if your not black and your privilege you won’t have a problem but your a working black man who has to go to his father funeral. Be prepare to be treated like a lower class citizen
