Hertz Car Rental - Tri Cities Airport Hle

The charged me insurance coverage when at the counter I denied all coverage. I feel like they took advantage of a tiered traveler. I recommend going with any other Rental Car Company. I will go out of my way to not use Hertz again.

I could not verify AA--talked to Jasmine and she was no help, she finished the call by telling me if that is all good bye, I told her she had not corrected the problem, she hung up on me Still cannot book a rental with Hertz

These people are as bad as everyone says they are. Hertz might give Comcast or AT&T a run for their money on the companies with the worst customer service. I am FORCED to rent from Hertz occasionally. It is always bad but the Pasco airport crew is the worst.

Previous reviews left me weary to rent from here but after calling and speaking with the New Manager I decided to get a rental from them Thursday (4/19) and I can't even begin to tell you how amazing my overall experience was. The customer service representative working the counter was polite and professional and the Manager was helpful in resolving any issues that arose. They got me the car I needed (which was spotless clean) and at a fair price. After the experience I had , I decided to extend my rental through to next week when my car gets out of the shop. Thank you Hertz/Dollar Team for such a wonderful experience!

Manager Stephanie young gave me a hard time about me renting vehicle for husband and the credit card being under my name. Ok I get that it’s not allowed which I didn’t know at the time but her snarky attitude and her mannerism on telling me that I couldn’t was so unprofessional. I wouldn’t ever consider renting here again not because of their rental policy but because I don’t ever want to hand over business who hires someone who can’t even speak to people in a proper manner. I wasn’t even rude to her to begin with and it was unwarranted!
