Alan Nelson at the Hertz Vero Beach Airport was outstanding. He was patient & accommodating. I tried twice to book a one way rental on the app, but somehow my confirm didn’t show that. Alan patiently cancelled that reservation and helped to explain options including car type & costs, insurance, fuel, and tolls. It was a busy day and Alan was very patient helping to ensure that we could get a car to meet our needs. Thank you!
Car MUCH smaller than requested. Car dirty and smells so much like smoke you can’t keep the windows rolled up. When I requested a smoke free car I was told there was no other inventory and was told by customer service they couldn’t smell it.
Just want to say what a great team and bunch of nice gentlemen at the Hertz Vero Regional airport office. The cars are always in perfect condition. Thank You for giving a traveling Widow peace of mind; knowing that getting a car from Hertz. Will Be fine and safe. And I can always get to my destination . 🇺🇸 Mrs Rockwell
Would give no stars if I could. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! They will charge you in full and cancel your reservation. No apology, nothing. Go to AVIS budget instead and don’t waste your time with these jokes.
I’ve dealt with a few car rental companies in the area and Hertz had to be the most reliable and efficient service I’ve had! Our rental was only for a day since we just needed the car to make a one way, early morning flight. I looked at different sites for quotes for a small car and Hertz had the most deals and cheapest prices for a rental! I placed the reservation through their mobile app which was incredibly easy to use. Day of pickup, I received a call to confirm the reservation, and the employee was very polite! When we arrived to pick up the rental, the employees were very kind and efficient with getting our rental together! They were very informative as well!
