Hertz Car Rental - Victorville - Greiner Buick Hle

Not very welcoming. Called to let them know I was running 3 minutes late. Girl said there are no exceptions, they close at 5pm sharp. If I'm late I would have to pay for the next day, too. Luckily I made it with 4 minutes to spare and when I got there the girl (employee) was walking out the door of Herrtz. I told her I'm dropping off and she gave me a look of disgust. She stared at the key I gave her for a whole minute flipping the key tag over several times. Finally asked if I was renting due to an accident or personal use. I said nope. The look of duahhh on her face to me was not the kind of customer service I've received from competitors. She said ok I'll send you an emailed receipt. Its been about a month already that I spoke with the rude front desk in regards to my garage remote that yes I left in the rental but I called literally the same day and let her know and she stated that the car wasn't there most likely getting washed and she'll will call me back. Never did. I called again the next and she said "I told you I would call you when the vehicle came back and I asked if it was still at the wash she stated no" it wasn't that it was rented out but when it came back she would let me know. She mentioned that these things are always turned back in. I'm still waiting for that call back?! Terrible customer service.

Had a pleasant experience here while I needed a rental when my car was being repaired. Staff were very friendly and informative. I like that when you call the store you actually can get someone who is in the office, not a call center like other rental places.

They got me the vehicle I requested last minute after Enterprise messed up my reservation. Thank you Hertz for saving the day. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate me.

I've never got a vehicle from here that wasn't filthy, smelled like smoke, or had mechanical issues. The one I have now has food, chip bags, receipts, trash, a baby sock, and stuff spilled all over it. This was the only vehicle they have and it just came from the car wash so they aren't going to clean it. Unfortunately Chevy used Hertz for rentals when they have your vehicle.
