I needed a one-way rental from DC to Pawcatuck CT & only Hertz offered that service. The Westerly drop off location was only 6 miles from us but GPS got confused and I ended up driving in a rural neighborhood before I was finally pointed in the right direction. The pre-pay EZPass option at $20.99 is a good deal when driving up the east coast and going through all those toll booths.
This Hertz location rental experience was exceptional. We loved our car, which was clean and readily available on our arrival. Patty was super friendly, went above and beyond to assist us with additional transportation needs and also offered restaurant suggestions in the area, which was all so helpful. I would highly recommend this rental location and would definitely use them again.
I have had many bad experiences with car rentals the last few years. This was just the opposite. Excellent customer service! Thanks so much!
