Hertz Car Rental - Winchester - West Jubal Early Drive

I picked up my rental today. They haven given a filthy dirty car. It has gone through snow storm. Leftover McDonalds trash in the middle console. I had to wipe down the interior door handle, gear shift and steering wheel. It was white and sticky……. Very gross and disappointing

They were amazing through the entire process! Even the 1800 number was amazing

I paid for an Uber to get her and they never mentioned that same day reservations required a credit card. Waste of time and money. The building is gross and smells funky. I wish Enterprise wasn't out of car rentals... this place sucks and smells. And there are at least 3 empty liquor bottles in the parking lot.

I've rented quite a few cars from Hertz over the years and had great experiences, especially because my employer has a contract with them. After my experience at this location I will not be renting with Hertz again in the future and will be shifting my loyalty over to Enterprise.

I've always had a good experience with this location. I travel extensively for work and management at the location are always courteous and customer service focused. Kudos to Hillary and Brent and everybody else throughout the years, I appreciate your hard work!
