Hertz Car Rental - Woburn - Main Street

The entire experience at first was a little unorganized and I was not expecting such a large fuel charge. I am young and haven’t had many rentals ever in my life. After returning my rental, I spoke with a man named Ricardo from customer service and he was amazing. He solved my issue immediately and because of this I will 100% use Hertz again because of him. Thank you so much!!!

GREAT customer service and FAST & EASY car rental! We were in town for business & pleasure but weren’t happy Ubering to where we needed to go. We decided to rent a vehicle for a few days but every car rental agency I called either didn’t have any vehicles or their prices were high. I was so glad when I called Hertz at 911 Main Street in Woburn. Agent Shakira was extremely accommodating including picking me up from my nearby hotel so that I didn’t have to Uber. Shakira was a delight to interact with and made my rental experience seamless. On top of that, the rental price was the best in town! 🙌🏼 I would 100% recommend using this Woburn Hertz for any vehicle rental needs! You made our time around the Boston area better! 😊

Really unhappy with what transpired at this location and it seems re-training is needed on how to deal with situations where a car class reserved isn't available. Instead of upfront apologizing that the car class I have isn't avaialble, they just got the keys for a lower class car and hope I wouldn't notice. I did question the class after doing some online lookup and was told they didn't have my class so gave me another class instead without clarifying still it was a lower level class. I then asked if I paid more between the class I received and the class I got, I was told no. Again, this was a lie because I've now called Hertz corporate to get an understanding and was told I've paid more. So basically the agent first decieved me without being transparent and straight up lied to me. The

What a disaster of a business this is. I booked a rental car two months before and when I called the day of the reservation they had no cars. I called back to cancel and the phone rang for 15 minutes. No one answered. I then went to the rental car company to get confirmation that I would be refunded. No one was at the desk and it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. They cancelled my booking and had no way to print me a confirmation. I had to take a picture of the computer screen. What a joke!

I reserved the car through Hertz website from this location with pre-paid option about a week in advance. When I got there, there was no cars available. But even more frustrating was the fact that neither associate nor alleged manager that I requested to speak to showed any desire to help us. Unfortunately, I was not the only one who got screwed by Hertz: there was a few more people in the room that ended up in similar situation with zero help from the staff. The manager finally called headquarters and informed me that I would get a refund. He also scribbled on blank piece of paper that they do not have any cars, per my request. Today, almost three weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund. In my few decades of car renting that was the worse experience. I strongly recommend to avoid th
