Made a reservation well in advance, received a check in email a few days before pick up, filled everything out and received confirmation that I was checked in. Went to pick up the minivan we reserved, only to be told they didn’t have one or anything comparable, and then lied and told us they called numerous times to let us know and left voicemails which is absolutely not true. They also supposedly checked a several mile radius and couldn’t locate anything resembling what we needed (I’m sure they lied about that too) We have people in town visiting and really needed a larger vehicle so we were left stressed and pressed for time. Drove down to Enterprise in Denton and they saved us. Do not come here!! Last time i rented from them the vehicle was filthy, leaving me responsible for cleaning up

Terrible terrible. Was 5 mins late from picking up my car on a Saturday. Facility closes at noon. It was 12:05. Doors locked customers still in line. I knocked on the door and pleaded. The man at counter gave me a finger across throat motion indicating it was too late and was not going to open the door. I was a loyal customer and rent at least twice a month for a week at a time. I will no longer rent from this joke of a facility and will deter any family, friend, and the many co workers from doing so as well.

This place is run by absolute crooks. There's a reason they have so many one star reviews. I dropped off the rental car with no issues, weeks later I get an email claiming that the windshield was busted with pictures showing a giant obvious crack that I would have noticed when I dropped off the car. I told them it wasn't in that condition when I dropped it off and none of the employees noted any damaged when they received the vehicle. They sent me a bill for $900 in damages I didn't do.

Hertz is top notch! They picked me up at the body shop within 15 minutes. Very professional excellent communication. They got upgraded from a sub compact to a mid size SUV! Thank you team for providing outstanding customer service!

Had an eight am reservation. No one was at the location. We were told by the dealership we might want to cancel our reservation and try Enterprise. 🤦🏻‍♀️ When the clerk finally arrived forty minutes late, no apology. No explanation. Heck, no greeting of any sort. Tried the 800 number. Tried the chat bot. Ugh. Their delay now has us running an hour behind bc there were so many people waiting for them to open. Oh and no free upgrade.
