I recommend trying anyone other than Hurtz. Also, NEVER prepay for their services. My flight was moved 2 days later than the original reservation and I was charged more money for less time on the rental. If you prepay you also have a cancellation fee, but if you wait it will save you money if things go wrong.

Easy pick up and drop off!

Poor customer service. They have no patience to hear out the customers and just keep saying that we need to contact Hertz directly as they cannot help. We had reserved Tesla model Y (which was a guarantee model per their website) and when we arrived they said they don’t have any more left. When we asked about the company policy they refused to entertain any discussions and we ended up settling for a standard suv. We were tired after our flight and the way the customer survive behaved I wouldn’t recommend this location of hertz in particular. They have an ‘we don’t care it’s your problem’ attitude and I hope the company does something about their license to operate.

Worst customer service ive ever received at a rental company. they make helping you seem like such a difficult and daunting task. go with sixt or enterprise instead.
