Hertz Uber

Great experience I was there for the first time returning my stepfather‘s car because he had a stroke. I thought it would be difficult because I wasn’t the car holder nor was I on the insurance, but in fact I was wrong. This place has excellent customer service. They get you where you need to go and they definitely get the job done exerting the upmost professionalism. I highly recommend!!!!

I booked a car with this company and had one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Before arriving, I confirmed with them that the exact car I reserved would be available and that the price shown online (around $200) was correct. They told me: “Yes, it’s available. Come as early as possible.” When I arrived early in the morning, they told me that the car was no longer available. Instead, they showed me a “similar” vehicle — a Toyota Corolla — that was in terrible condition. The bumper was scratched and damaged, the interior was dirty, and the seats were stained. I have had beyond the very worse experience with this company. I was told to book an appointment to come get my rental just to get to the location and not only have to wait 2 hours but was told its first come first serve by a hispanic girl who is not fit for her role. It is insane to have customers book and appointment then have them wait not MINUTES BUT HOURS TO BE HELPED…not to mention her customer service is by far trash and not only is she aware of making customers wait hours while she bs around she is also having conversations with customers that should not be talked about at the work place she is doing more ba talking then actually working. The worst service ever. The staff are arrogant and treat customers very poorly. They are also not consistent or reliable in their attendance. If you value your dignity and your time, do not come to this branch. Absolutely the worst service.

I really don't have the words to explain how bad this place is. Maybe I'll put it this way. After my final horrible experience with them, I bit the bullet and purchased a car specially for Uber (and other side hustles). The time it took me to complete the entire vehicle purchase (at a dealership) was probably less than the wait time to rent one of Hertz awful, dirty, poorly maintained vehicles. Even with less-than-perfect credit, I'm paying wayyyyy less than I would with Hertz. As a bonus, I don't have to be treated like trash and have my intelligence insulted by the Hertz staff. The saddest part is they know some folks are desperate enough to endure all of this, just to make enough to scrape by. What a despicable and predatory company, enabled by Uber itself.
