Jomar was really great. He greeted me and asked me what I was coming in for he walked around the car. He checked my tires. He checked to see if there is anything that I have missed with all the snow. He explained to me that with the mileage that I have right now, all I need is an oil change, but that technicians will still take a look at my engine filter cabin filter, my coolant my brakes I was there may be about two hours, but it was worth it because they found an issue going on with my brake sensors. They explained to me that the sensors were still under the warranty and that they had been ordered and that they would have them a next day and obviously there would be nothing out-of-pocket at the point of checkout because the brake sensors were covered on the warranty. The Service Department at Hessert are always kind to me, they communicate well, and are responsive - phone those scheduling appointments to the technicians fixing my car. Yesterday, they’d completed the requested work, but one of the techs saw my tire went totally flat. They jumped on it, repaired it as quickly as they could, and told me the issue. I’m so grateful for that.
