Hester Towing

Worst experience. You'll see on their fb page of a giant white sprinter van on a little tiny trailer. That's my white van that had engine problems. Now it needs more thanks to this company. At some point in the tow the managed to rip out back brake lines that are high pressure lines, rip wires out and a parking brake cable. I've tried contacting them several times via call and text and every time they said their driver was supposed to call which he never did. So after a couple days of not hearing anything I sent I text saying I would like a refund for the damage done and got no reply. Called several times and can't get hold of anyone. I would not recommend that at all.

When I called for information, the person with answers was not available. I was told they would be in in about ten minutes, and when I called back an hour later I was able to get the information I needed. When I went to pick up my car, I had to call and then wait for someone to show up. This would not have bothered me had they let me know someone was not at the shop at all times during business hours when I did speak with them on the phone. However they were friendly and I only had to wait about five minutes, so overall an ok experience.

THESE GUYS ROCK!!! I got locked out of my vehicle and a friend called tripple AAA. The AAA rep gave us a 2&1/5 hour window but these guys were here in 20 minutes! Had my car passenger door open in less than 5 even though every door was locked with the windows 100% of the way up! 3 different tow companies & the Sheriff's Office in Ohio said they couldn't do it or didn't have someone available. But Hester Towing came thru in the clutch! 💯

The service was great and the driver was very courteous and polite. He kept me informed about when he would be there and even apologized for the wait. Thank you Junior.
