The team at HGreg was fantastic from the start. I knew the vehicle I was looking for, and Richard and GP were fantastic to deal with. I was purchasing out of state. They sent photos, videos and answered all of my questions I asked before I booked a flight to come out. They were kind enough to pick me up from the airport, arrive and look at the vehicle I came to buy but also encourage me to look at other vehicles before leaving to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and investment. Their trade number was more than fair, seamless, and one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. Oh boy, where do I start...Bought a GT4RS from these guys site unseen. Reviews were good, didn't have any concerns that they would screw anyone. I was given video of the car beforehand including close up of paint, interior etc. Car had 76 miles on it when purchased. Shipped car to Utah. Major issues with paint (they claim the truck driver tried to wash it) they paid to do paint repair locally. However the yellow passenger seat belt and passenger grab handle had oil smudges on it. They promised that they would fix the issue by ordering new seat belt and grab handle. They kept telling me this over and over for weeks. To be honest. And I mean HONEST. I wish I could buy all my cars from this store. I met the GM at the door and he was welcoming and informative, he introduced me to the sales manager, this let me know whom I'm negotiating with, another GREAT guy, and my salesman was patient and knew what he was doing even tho he was a few weeks old! This is a sign of good management and training. The car i bought is perfect. Out of nowhere I ran into the last owner yesterday in West Palm Beach! He loved the car and basically told me it was a great car for him no problems. Nice to know. But know this store treated me better than any other. Thankyou!!!
