I went to this dealership after going to several different dealerships. I went here and seen Adrian Gomez and Karen who handles all the financing. The first truck I picked out there was a paperwork issue. They called me in ASAP to rectify the situation and let me just tell you these guys are awesome from top to bottom front desk, staff sales reps Adrian is awesome. Karen is awesome. Beautiful people even the managers check them out definitely the place you wanna go to to buy yourself any type of heavy duty truck. I bought me a Kenworth T680 2019 and the price was wonderful Today, Being 02/13/2026 at the last moment the Bank flagged my deal. And Guess what? Karen who is an awesome person referred us to a Private Lender. People make sure you check this company out they will work magic

I must say I was quite displeased with my overall experience at H Greg Trucks. Having bought many commercial vehicles in the past, I found this experience to be exceptionally unorganized. A few days prior, I called to inquire about a 2019 Isuzu and was told it was available. I informed the agent I was flying in from Virginia to see it and asked if everything was in working order. The agent assured me that all their trucks are thoroughly inspected by certified mechanics before sale. When I asked about pricing flexibility, the agent confirmed that they could accommodate me. Excited, I booked my flight and arrived at their office on Monday morning at 9 AM. Upon inspecting the truck, I noticed a few concerns, but they assured me everything was fine. Paid Cash for a Truck. Customer service was crappy. Just not a good overall experience. Nothing about my experience there was pleasant. •Buying process took way too long for a cash purchase. •Salesman were rude and not helpful •Gave me the truck with an almost empty fuel tank after promising to fill it up after purchasing. • Not very honest about the pricing after giving an initial competitive offer and agreement. Would not recommend.

My experience with hgreg trucks and staff was extremely beyond amazing Allen and fiorella they stopped at nothing to make sure that I find a suitable truck and most importantly made sure did the best to present me with a great deal in my budget.
