Purchasing a used car can be a daunting experience. From my first contact with Spencer, all the way through the process, we were treated with the utmost respect. Spencer is a great salesman, honest, no hassle, no pressure. A few days after purchase the 'service transmission' warning came on. Thankfully H & H offers a 3000 mile 3 month drive train warranty. Thinking it was going to be something simple I drove back to the lot. Turns out it needed a new transmission, (Chrysler 9spd). Spencer, Conner the sales manager and Schaefer in parts and service diligently kept me informed of the process, and fully honored the warranty in record time. Thank you all for a great experience.

I brought my 98 ram 1500 in for front end work in May 2025. I was initially quoted $3,200 to repair the front end including all Ball joints, tie rods, steering box stabilizer and knuckle. They called me 2 weeks into the repair and said it needed front rotors, calipers and brakes and would be $4,200 now. Another week goes by and the axle needed "shimmed", out the door it was $5,200. I have rebuilt several ram front ends and never paid more than $2,800 but with rising costs of goods and services, I didn't complain. Get it home and drive it a few miles and discover a "popping" noise and "feeling" while steering. I look under the truck and spot the bolts for steering box that attach to the stabilizer installed are loose enough to spin by hand and the box is bouncing while turning the wheel. I
