My car broke down at exit 57 on Sunrise hwy and I paid $420 for 19 mi tow to Brentwood. The next day it couldn’t start after fueling at Shell 747 Montauk hwy because the starter gave out and a different towing company charged me $150 to go to Brentwood for 21 mi. I tried to negotiate for a better price with Harry but it didn’t help; I paid $420 because I was stranded and it was cold . I was ripped off . You should charge a price according to your service not the desperation of a customer.

Just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me on a holiday weekend like today. Means the world to me. And thanks for being a good person in a shitty world , I appreciate this more then words can describe from having such a bad day to helping me with a tow to the shop to get fixed from an unfortunate electrical incident with my truck. Harry provided tremendous customer service at an excellent price. My F-150 required a tow and Harry arrived within 25 minutes after my first phone call. I highly recommend his professionalism and ability to deliver in a moments notice.

Harry was amazing and his service was even better. 3 girls and a newborn broken down after vacation where we don't know anyone. Harry was so patient with us while we unpacked our car and waited for our ride to come and get us. He then brought us to a mechanic he does business with for years. He made us feel very comfortable and would recommend him to anyone!

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for weeks, and I am just getting around to it now, but I used Harry to tow my car after getting a flat tire on William Floyd parkway on 7/17/24. My grandma had just died that morning, so it was the cherry on top of a terrible day. I had groceries in the car, so my boyfriend came and picked me up with the groceries. I called Harry and told him I left him an envelope of cash, with the keys in the glove box (I trusted all of the 5 star reviews). Thankfully, he did not disappoint. He got to my car in less than 20 minutes after I called him, and had it at the tire place in a half hour. I met him there, and he was one of the nicest most genuinely kind people i have ever met in my life. I’m so grateful he was the person I chose off of google to help me that
