Want to get my truck fixed it had airbag needed to be adjusted took it to him spent $600 told me it was fixed the next day. It didn’t work again. Air bag error came up. I went to tell him they told me would cost me more money to fix my truck and I said why should I have to pay for something that you guys fixed and they both walked away from me I kept trying to talk to him about it. They wouldn’t pay attention to me. They just continuing on what they were doing. Very poor customer service I would not recommend this place to anybody. Terrible. Took my money and didn’t fix anything

We are newer to Sarnia, so I went to social media to find a good mechanic. I got the most feedback about H&I, so we gave them a shot. I can see why Henry and his crew were highly recommended! They are top notch mechanics, personable, and affordable, which is hard to find these days. Super busy shop, because they are that good! We’ve used them a couple times now and have been pleased with their work and the reasonable cost. Happy to have H&I Service Centre Ltd. as our mechanic in Sarnia!
