My two kids and I broke down at the end of a 7 week road trip on our way home to Florida after stopping the day before at a mechanic in a different city. While waiting for a tow a bad storm came in and knocked out the whole town's electric. Damien was awesome through the whole process and coming up with the best solution. We ended up there 5 days because of the storm, getting the parts, and the weekend. Despite being busy, Damien fit us in and spent time really explaining our options to my 11 y/o who is interested in pursuing a career in mechanics. In addition, he gave us tips for making the best of our time In Broadus which ended up being one of our favorite memories. We successfully made the 2,400 mile trip home! Thank you Damien!

Called because 2 trailer tires were losing air, they squeezed us in right away. We replaced two tires at a very reasonable price and we're back on our way super fast. Really like how we were treated to and how they discussed our options.

Five is not enough stars to rate our experience with the Hi-Tech team! Diagnosed our problem (tire on its last legs), ordered in new ones, and had us in our way in 24 hours for a very fair price. While holed up at the sagebrush Inn (a short walk from the garage) we greatly enjoyed the library (with a nice kids play area), the museum, and the Powder River Lanes. Great food at the Lanes and the Big Sky Bar. Excellent coffee at the Coffee Shop. Shopping at Corner Store and Powder River Petals. There was enough to do within a short walk of Hi-Tech we didn’t have enough time! Thank you Broadus and Hi-Tech for an unexpected but very pleasant 24h pit stop!

Big thank you to Damien who talked through the issue I was experiencing with my RV while traveling across Montana. Even went the extra mile of telling me to come out and enjoy the local fair and rodeo while I waited for the evening and cooler temps to come. Couldn't find anywhere to park my camper and trailer so I had to just limp over to the rest area. Many thanks anyway!
