I was looking for an experienced, honest and reliable professional mechanic to service my friend’s 2004 Honda Civic Sedan and Rob at Hi-Tech Auto Repair fit that description. I got an estimate for replacing the original alternator/air conditioning belt and power steering belt, plus the engine air filter. Rob was thorough about the parts he was getting and the job he was doing. No BS, just straight talk on what he was going to do to make sure everything was going to be done right. If you want a mechanic with years of experience and the honesty to tell you what you need to get your car running safely, I recommend you set up an appointment to speak with Rob. The big retail auto places don’t give you this level of service: reasonable prices, expert work and personal care. Thanks Rob.

When you come across good honest people I believe they need to be recognized for the good they do! As a new car owner, there were a lot of things I wasn't privy to when it came to my car, like getting it inspected or the health of my tires. I found Hi-Tech on Google maps and being new to the area I trusted the reviews and they weren't wrong! The owner Rob was very friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and efficient! He really made it his mission to inform me of anything he found in my car and had helpful suggestions. He cares about his business and the locals he serves. Don't hesitate he's your guy!

Highly recommend getting work done at this shop! I woke up to leave for work and my car didn’t feel right. I called the shop and left a message for Rob and he texted me back within a few minutes to let me know the shop was closed and to call the next morning. I called the next morning and spoke with Rob who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know he probably wouldn’t get to my car that day because he was busy but I could drop it off and he would work on it the next morning. Turns out, he made time to check my car to find the issue that day, got the parts delivered and even stayed late at the shop to finish it for me the same day. We have been going to Rob owner of Hi-Tech Auto for service of our vehicles for quite some time. He is so thorough and does maintenance on our vehicles as if the vehicle was his own. Exceptional service!! Rob is a delight. He is kind, outgoing and such a great story teller. He took care of my car needs as asked and else sent me picture updates on progress. It’s really hard these days to find a genuine mechanic and I think you will find that with him.
