I am a long time customer always satisfy with the service. Nice and honest auto shop. Just had my Honda 100K miles service done price is reasonable and service is reliable .

I took my car in for an inspection at the request of a prospective buyer. They were courteous & professional & completed the work in the stated timeline. The shop was very busy but they were getting the job done. My front plate needed to be bolted on after a recent accident & Hi Tech was willing to drill screw holes & attach the plate at no cost. I even offered $ as a tip for this service & they declined the cash. I will return for future work. I had my cruise control repaired today. The dealer wanted hundreds just to troubleshoot the issue.

This was my first time taking my car to Hi-tech. I feel the amount they charged for the work was reasonable, including $65 for an oil change, which is $40 cheaper than most places.

Tai & his team has been our go to car shop. I’ve been their client since 2009. They are trust worthy on all the work they do in your car. I brought my entire family to them. They really take care of their customers. Early drop off & overnight drop is available too. Lina, his wife, runs the front office. They are like family to us. Great, honest & very pleasant people.

I've been taking my car here for years! Honest and reliable. They make suggestions on what needs to be done but doesn't try to upsell and will work with you and your budget. So if you can't afford to fix certain things right away they help you prioritize the things you should fix and the things you can put off. It used to be pretty easy to do walk-ins but now they are by appointment only. So keep that in mind before you take your car there, but I highly recommend hi-tech
