HI-Tek Auto truly deserves five stars. Ivor and Katrina are absolutely amazing and consistently go above and beyond. They are always upfront, honest, and take the time to explain what’s going on without ever trying to upsell or pressure us. That level of transparency is hard to find and means a lot. Anytime something happens with our vehicle, my fiancé and I come straight here because we completely trust them. Their work is reliable, pricing is fair, and the customer service is outstanding. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for an auto shop you can trust, HI-Tek Auto is the place to go.

The service was absolutely horrendous. Lied to me over the phone about when my car would be seen. They couldn’t even tell me what was wrong with my car and they had it for around 3 weeks. Left me questioning their capability to do the work right. Left my window down outside in the rain and there’s now mold all over the backseat of my car and over my stuff I had in the backseat. Several hundred dollars worth of stuff ruined because of their ignorance. Absolutely disrespectful and can’t believe they run business this way

The guys worked on multiple cars for me, from basic maintenance on our daily Hyundai and jeep to the more extreme projects like the engine swap for my Nissan skyline, this shop does it all! If you want honest, hard working and fair prices with the highest quality of work, go here!!

Flaky service wanted to change a cabin filter even though it was just changed by me a month before plus they said Intake filter was ok and low and behold was full of bugs on main side. Could have made an honest write up for ball joints and blown tie rods but they tried this crap instead. What a joke.

Fair and honest estimates and quality work. Ivor and Katrina are the best! They have worked on our cars for around 20 years. 10/10, highly recommend!
