Ali and his team are A+. Go here with confidence. My radiator cracked on the highway, in a part of Queens I wasn't familiar with. I pulled over and happened to call Hi-Tek. Ali showed up right away, even though he was already busy. He put me at ease and we got my car back to his shop, where he fixed it quickly and for a great price. Went in very good customer help the mechanic told me what was going on in my car and showed me what he replaced my spark plugs went bad and my ignition coils and they changed my cabin and air filter.
