This place is amazing. The workers are friendly and helpful. The guys that load things in ur vehicle for you are also friendly. They work with ppl rather ur a business or a person needing to work on your own vehicle. They also keep there word with there warranties that you get threw them without giving you any problems . Would recommend this place to anyone

I had a very disappointing experience. I was initially quoted an inflated price for basic tires, and once I questioned it, the price was suddenly reduced, which was concerning in itself. On top of that, I was pressured to pay before the service was even completed, with the implication that I might not have the funds. I observed other customers and did not see this same treatment extended to them. I have never been asked to pay in full before receiving a completed service. This interaction was handled by the woman owner, and I left the situation feeling disrespected and honestly disgusted by how I was treated.

I needed a replacement front left fender for my daughter's 2014 Buick Encore. Located part at AESOP through Car-Part.com. Kevin Golleher provided fair price, coordinated delivery from Missouri facility to Hi-Way facility Brownwood Texas for pick-up, and facilitated excellent communication and customer service through the entire process.

I have used Highway auto for years now and I understand shipping delays happen. But this most recent axle order set my business and customer back big time. Hi-way initially estimated three day shipping and we are currently at eleven business days. Customer has had to rent a car for two weeks and i have had a bay tied up for two weeks. Worst part is that i was told the axle had arrived at hi-way auto in Brownwood, TX. Which is a one and a half hour dive one way. I sent a parts runner with the core and when he arrived the axle was no where to be found. My parts runner drove back empty handed. Around four pm the same day I received a call and I was informed that the axle had been there the whole time. I will be sending my driver back for a total of six hours lost in drive time. I work at a mechanic shop a few towns away; get sent here once or twice a month. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME 💯 I took a walk around a little bit and what impressed me most was the organization of this place. Front office staff is quick & doesn't mind getting dirty for a few minutes to help load your stuff. Nothing but good things to say about these guys 🤘
