Got me in for a front end alignment on a Saturday with no appointment. Probably spent less than an hour from start to finishing waiting. Not only that, but my truck can be tricky to align for some reason, and these guys got it dead on first try. And prices are very reasonable too with one time and lifetime pricing. Will definitely be back for future front end alignments. Im responsible vehicle and get them done regularly. Thank you guys.

I have chosen Family Automotive since they were starting up. They helped me push my car out of the road while everyone else drove by. Then, dropped everything 20 minutes later to come help us replace our alternator in the taco bell parking lot on Sheridan and Gore. Last week I made an appointment to get a set of new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. But I had to cancel it. When I received some great on-line coupons, I immediately requested another appointment on-line. Rueben called me, saying he could fit me in that afternoon. So, I drove over immediately. The first thing I notice while I'm in the waiting room, is that the staff works very well together; everyone is friendly, they know their job, and they stay busy. The lifetime wheel alignment is worth getting. Don't even bother getting a one time wheel alignment. They earned a customer for life with their excellent customer service. I will be returning regularly for more auto services.
