Hibdon Tires Plus

I made an appointment for 10 am and arrived at 9:50 am to get my oil changed and a tire rotation. They FINALLY called me to the desk at 12:45 pm to pay for the completed work. That's almost 3 HOURS later! I sat there for almost 3 hours!! This was a SCHEDULED appointment! This happened the last time I had my oil changed with a tire rotation and I thought I would give them one more chance. NOT AGAIN! NEVER AGAIN! They have lost a loyal customer who not only uses them for maintenance, but also for new tires. The lady who paid before me, told them that she was disappointed in how slow they were too, so it didn't just happen to me. I'll never be back.

Man I'm here to tell you, if you have an issue, regardless what it is, those gentleman are the ones I trust. Not only did they work me in on short notice to diagnose my myriad of issues, they order the parts and started the repairs in 48 hours. These guys are amazing. To the folks that work there, you have my loyalty.

I got a flat driving home and went straight to Hibdon's because they have always taken great care of my tire needs over the years. They had my car ready to roll in about half an hour (as a drop in). I hate ever needing to take my car in, but am so thankful I have a place I trust and provides exceptional service.

Received exceptional service from the gentlemen here at Hibdon tire. Every one I encountered here was professional and courtesy and the were quick and efficient. Amazing job guys. Jordan and Anthony completely showed up and represented in a way every company owner hopes but most don't quite hit the mark. But these guys where spot on. I will be coming here from now on for all my car needs and telling everyone I know this is the place to go if you want professionalism and exceptional service. Oh and the removed the screw and repaired my tire and put it back on my car at NO COST.

I had a damaged tire and Saul reminded me that the tires were under warranty! He was awesome! Helpful, polite and very professional. God bless you guys!!
