Hickman Emergency Towing

I called Chris and I can not say how professional and fast he was to get to myself and my service dog. We were broke down in the interstate and everyone else wanted an arm and a leg. They were also an hour plus wait. Chris was there in 20 minutes, made sure myself and my service dog was safe, the price was not over priced. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because I'm not from around this area and Chris made sure to tell me where things were and made sure my car was taken where it needed to go and gave me an update on when he got my car there. If your ever in need of a tow hands down call Chris.

I totaled my car a year ago and according to the license bureau it is still in my name. I signed the title over to Hickman in to pay for the towing amount because I didn't have collision on my car. We have called Mr. Hickman many times and left messages. No return calls. So now I have to go get a copy of my title and junk it myself and pay the taxes on a car I no longer have!

Hickman Towing will go beyond expectations to make sure you get home safely after having an accident disabling your vehicle. Chris went above and beyond by not only loading my vehicle onto his rollback, but also made an additional trip to pull my father-law out of a ditch when he went off the road in attempt to come get me in Bowling Green. We made it safely to my home in Caneyville and he gave me a more than fair fee for both jobs and delivery. Chris whom I got to know very well is a true American Iraqi war veteran and hero both overseas and in the state of Kentucky. It was a pleasure meeting him and receiving his services in my time of need. I will never recommend any other towing services in Bowling Green after last night.

They provided my dad and I very quick services. Pricing was very reasonable. Overall experience was immaculate. Going forward I don’t plan to use any other towing services outside of this business.
