Great service. Dealer is awesome to work with. Even stayed past closing time to wait for me to get off and get there. Very nice salesman and helped me get a good deal. Used my older ford fusion as a down payment. Everything went so smooth. I’m obsessed with my new jeep. Hubby even got two free hats and he gave me a bueatiful business monogrammed shirt. So glad I passed this place traveling one day.

I was nervous going to a car dealership but when I arrived at Hickox, everyone was so friendly and talked to me and my husband like they had known us for a while. They wasn’t pushing me to buy but instead let me take the lead and explain what I needed. They worked hard to help me find the right deal for me and my budget and explained everything through the process. It was a pretty quick process and they will definitely be first choice in the future! I am so happy with my purchase!!

This dealership is one of the most best experience we have ever had! Completely painless no running around not given the will get back with you in a few days time spent there was maybe 35-45 minutes and we were out the door! Thoroughly impressed with the team at Hickox Auto! My husband and I were looking for a family car, and we found this location to have a good selection at reasonable prices. This being the first car we’ve bought from a dealer, I was worried the sales team may be pushy; Tim and Jennifer, however, were kind, prompt, patient with my questions, and knowledgeable regarding the model we were looking into. I test drove one afternoon and was able to easily complete the buying process the next day. Very happy with our experience!
