Our car fan continued to stay running very loud after turning it off. We had called the dealership and they had scheduled us out a month and three weeks just to look at it.? So we started calling around. Hick’s were three weeks out, but said they could possibly look at it, if we were willing to be without our car for three to four days. I didn’t have a ride home, so the owner drove me home. THANK YOU! Rebeca took us in, and they found the problem the same day, it was the thermostat and very difficult to get to. They fixed our car! From my experience, as a customer whose interlock device was installed incorrectly, told it the problem was found and remedied only to have it happen again, wouldn't recommend this shop for any kind of work. Apart from the incorrect installation, a "comprehensive" check of my car showed the mechanic found no issues with my vehicle, but that was not the case. Don't offer comprehensive, complimentary anything if that is not the case. Their customer service is unprofessional, their work is unreliable, and they take no accountability for their mistakes. Instead of addressing issues, they shift blame and refuse to provide real solutions. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—take your business elsewhere. My father took his truck in to find out what was going on with it . They were unable to help him. In fact they were very unprofessional. They told my father that he needed new spark plugs and coils . My father explained that he had those replaced a few months ago. The owner of Hicks told my dad that the plugs had never been changed.He knows his business.He told my father he was lying. He was just shity to him . Very unprofessional. I personally bought and changed out the plugs and coil packs my self just a few months ago. I have the receipts . We replaced everything with stock ford parts. We figured they lasted for 117000 miles . They would be good for another 117000. If you need automotive work please go somewhere else . This place does interlock insulation, I do not recommend coming to this place for that service, I had my interlock installed at this location, and it stopped working leaving me stranded, when I called asking for help, I was hung up on

I had to have my vehicle towed and was put on the list to have it looked at for a few days later. They had the time and were actually able to look at it the next day, and I got it back. Definitely recommend and have always been treated very kindly by Rebecca and everyone there. Nothing has been done without letting me know first.
